The fishing baits are produced in factories we’ve invested in, and for the other products, I have highly competitive suppliers as well.

Our most competitive products are fishing baits and related accessories. We also offer sourcing services for other categories of fishing gear, such as rods, reels, and lines.

We have invested in four factories located in Weihai, Jinhua, Fuyang, and Taizhou, and we support factory inspections.

We have our own brand and are currently preparing to expand into overseas markets. We are also looking for potential partners who are interested in collaborating.

We used to have an Alibaba store, but it has been closed. We do not engage in retail business on other e-commerce platforms ourselves.

COMMISSION

A commission refers to the service fee charged to clients when we procure products on their behalf that are not our own, typically ranging from 5% to 10% of the total purchase amount. The exact percentage depends on the order value. Even so, this will still be lower than the cost of purchasing through Alibaba.

The commission includes product sourcing, negotiation, quality control, order management, logistics coordination, documentation, and customer support.

The commission will be included in the total amount of the product, but it can also be listed separately in the Proforma Invoice (PI) as per the customer’s request. However, it needs to be paid along with the payment for the goods.

The commission covers our services, but if the customer has additional requirements beyond the scope of the commission, there will be separate charges. We will confirm any additional fees with the customer before they are incurred.

about Warranty

First, it is important to identify which stage—whether procurement, warehousing, transportation, or customer use—caused the issue. Once the responsibility is determined, if it is our fault, we will bear the corresponding losses and provide the customer with a return, exchange, or direct refund. However, the condition is that the customer must return the goods to us.

Before shipment, all goods will be consolidated in our warehouse, where we will conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure the products match the samples and meet quality standards. Prior to shipping, we will send the quality inspection information to the customer for confirmation. Additionally, the customer can appoint a third-party inspection company to verify the goods. We will also improve the packaging of the goods to prevent damage during transportation.

We have been engaged in fishing gear sales for nearly 30 years and have a large customer base in China, with over 1,000 fishing tackle stores sourcing from our company. We also hold official authorization to sell many well-known international fishing gear brands in China. We frequently sponsor or host fishing competitions to promote our products and are a regular presence at major fishing gear exhibitions in China each year.
